Having worked as a tutor at Star Gleam Education for the past 5 years, it is a tutoring institution that (aligning with U.K. Teachers Standards additionally) is extremely reflective, adaptable and transparent.

From the day I joined till date, tutoring with Star Gleam has been an easy process. Sunitha, the founder, is a very reflective practitioner, ensuring that the teaching materials, methods and means of delivery are always up to date, meeting a variety of student needs and abilities.

I have overseen the 11+ classes in particular, and the many successes that Star Gleam’s pupils have had, thanks to Sunitha and the team, who put in the extra hours behind the scenes to ensure tutoring is of a high standard. The success rate is extremely high with our pupils.

When the process of tutoring a child commences, I found it to be extremely transparent through WhatsApp group chat communications, where regular session times, lesson plans, trackers and updates are posted. Star Gleam highly encourages parents to share their child’s preferences and needs, as well as regular feedback and communication, thus demonstrating flexibility and how tutors work with parents as a team, so their child can achieve the highest results possible.

Given the vast amount of experience that the tutors have, as well as how qualified they are when it comes to teaching and key skills, I believe the rates on the website are reasonable.
